All orders are shipped directly from our supplier located in China. Because of this:

  • These additional charges, if applicable, are generally the responsibility of the customer.

  • If an incorrect address was provided, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can attempt to correct it.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
