At Eleanor Dublin, we always strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. This Return Policy explains our terms and conditions clearly.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be initiated after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Returning items that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intent to return some of them is not allowed.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Submit your return request via info@eleanordublin.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) for your protection.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received at the return address and inspected for condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Liability & Responsibility
Please note the following:

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, the customer is responsible for any consequences or additional costs.

Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
